Also a 1 1/2"-inch tear at the head of the rear panel) Adapted from Charles MacArthur's screenplay by the future producer Val Lewton. The Barrymores appear in profile on the front cover. Laid-into the book loosely is a small piece of paper mounted on an index card SIGNED by the distinguished British actress Diana Wynyard, who in the role of Princess Natasha adorns one of the suite of stills presented on the pastedowns & endpapers.
