Esteemed Hollywood screenwriter Dudley Nichols' copy, with his bookplate on the front endpaper, and his INSCRIPTION opposite the title page. "For Martha- Not my book, but hers! Dudley Nichols." Present also is the ink stamp of writer William Eastlake at the top edge of front endpaper. About fine in a Vg.+ dj. (Some chipping at spine ends on dj. Half-inch tear at base of front cover of dj.)
